Ok, I started this thread to help us lay down some ideas about what level of rules coverage from other systems we should concentrate on.
I know we're trying to incorporate as many as we can, but to begin with we should think about concentrating on the most played/popular ones. These should be covered as extensively as possible when we are describing anything tats going to need rules for forces, scenarios & campaign etc.
So with that in mmind, please throw your suggestions and ideas into the pot!!

I agree.
I don't have much experience yet but the most popular rule sets seem to be:
Gruntz Tomorrow's War Future War Commander Fireteam Andromeda
& possibly the likes of Stargrunt II, Fubar (possibly the easiest to adapt for) etc.
I think we should stay clear of the more background focused rule sets however and stick to more 'generic' ones. I think the four above are as good a place as any to start.
We could begin by seeing what campaign elements they have (if any). From there we could work on an experience/rescource system for campaign play.
Those are my initial thoughts anyway. What other rule sets do you think we should/shouldn't cover?
